Information: This mural commemorates the history of the City of Port Coquitlam, and the ‘span of time’ from the early settlers of the 1860s to the incorporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in 1913, and on to the present day. It depicts Chief Kwikwetlem William, the first schoolhouse and the first fire truck. The ‘span of time’ is completed with the Red Bridge and the arrival of the Westcoast Express to the City of Port Coquitlam.
This mural is a gift to the citizens of Port Coquitlam by the PoCo BIA.
